This event is inclusive to those seeking rest and rejuvenation.  Knowledge of yoga not required.  
​The operators of the facility welcome all seekers of spiritual transformation for retreat, contemplation and time and space apart.


As our time is being called for in so many different directions, take a weekend in the woods to replenish and fill up your tank. This Presence Retreat is designed to be deeply restoring for body, mind and spirit.  Feed your bright light!


The Facility:
 
The Episcopal House of Prayer is a 12-room retreat house nestled in maple woods on the edge of the campus of Saint John’s Abbey and University.

Accomodations and Food:
3 nights/4 days with private room with desk and sink. Spacious shared bathrooms. Towels and linens are provided.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided (7 meals total - Friday 3 meals, Saturday 3 meals and breakfast Sunday). Delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, will be served.  Please advise for any dietary needs.

Cost:
$500

The fee for the entire retreat includes private room, 7 meals and all yoga sessions.  A $150 non-refundable down payment is needed at the time of booking. Full payment is due by one month before the retreat.

Arrival between 4-6pm. You will be greeted and have time to settle into your room.

Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Friday 
Gentle Hatha Yoga and Morning meditation 
in the Oratory
ala carte breakfast
Free time for walking trails, napping, reading, reflection.

tour and tea 
The Saint John's Pottery Studio

4:45pm

Renewing yoga practice
 including breath work, asana (postures), and meditation.

6:00pm

Free time for walking trails, napping, reading, reflection.
