I became interested in the physical aspect of yoga in the late 1990's and found my way into a Yoga Teacher Training program to deepen my knowledge. Today, I continue to study and share life-enhancing methods and techniques.
I admit that the winds of an ever-changing world can take me for a loop. Especially when I believe in the story of past and future. Yoga methods deepen our cultivation of the experience of surrender... within this moment...as an opportunity to be present..
When I surrender to this moment, there is no need for practice or seeking.
My interests include consciousness, breath and vital energy, the exploration of the endless spectrum including darkness and light.
My classes, workshops and retreats provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for students of all abilities. I am grateful for the opportunity to share the journey with you!
